Terms of Service & Code Ownership Guarantee

Many traditional digital agencies operate on an unfair trap: they withhold your source code, refuse to give you root administrative access, or charge thousands of dollars in "exit fees" if you want to switch developers.

At MS Webcraft, our stance is absolute: you pay for the code, you own the code. Upon receipt of the final milestone payment, all bespoke source code, UI components, database schemas, vector assets, and deployment keys are transferred to you with complete, unconditional ownership. You are free to host it anywhere, modify it, or bring in an in-house engineering team at any time.

Before writing a single line of production code, we provide a written Project Scope outlining pages, functional features, third-party integrations, and target timeline.

• Included in Scope: Custom responsive frontend engineering, backend API development, database architecture, SEO schema setup, performance optimization (aiming for 90+ Core Web Vitals), and production deployment.
• Out of Scope / Feature Additions: If your team discovers exciting new features mid-project (such as adding complex multi-vendor marketplaces or custom AI workflows not in the initial brief), we discuss the timeline and quote a fair, upfront fee before starting that work. No surprise invoices, ever.

We never demand 100% payment upfront. Our standard projects operate on a secure, balanced 3-stage milestone structure:

Accepted payment channels: UPI, NEFT, IMPS, Stripe, Wise, and International Bank Wire (USD, EUR, GBP, INR). Official commercial invoices provided.

Launching your new digital platform shouldn't feel stressful. Every custom website and software build delivered by MS Webcraft includes an unconditional 30-day post-launch warranty:

• Any unforeseen software bugs or broken functionality are fixed at zero cost.
• Cross-browser rendering quirks (Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Edge) are promptly patched.
• Responsive mobile alignment issues on any phone or tablet form-factor are resolved immediately.

We never force clients into recurring monthly maintenance contracts (AMC). Once your website is launched, it is 100% self-sufficient with zero required recurring fees from us.

If you prefer ongoing peace of mind (server monitoring, automated database backups, security dependency updates, and monthly performance reviews), we offer completely optional monthly maintenance at ₹1,000 / month ($20 / mo), which you can cancel anytime with zero cancellation fees.

Great software is built on mutual collaboration. To keep development on schedule:

• Clients are asked to provide logos, product imagery, copy, and required third-party API keys (e.g., payment gateway, SMS gateway, WhatsApp API) in a timely manner.
• Feedback during review rounds should be consolidated so we can implement iterations smoothly and meet launch targets without delays.

If business priorities shift unexpectedly:

• If a project is cancelled before development kickoff begins, unspent deposit funds are refunded immediately.
• If cancelled during development, you are only billed for the milestones completed up to that point. All work, Figma mockups, and compiled code created to that date are handed over to you immediately.
